Some time ago, Second Thought and Herd were featured on the blog. In 2011, they, alongside other likeminded artists, compiled some tracks and released them digitally on a compilation known as “Terminal Window.” It’s an awesome mix of tunes from folks like Cubus, Loose Link, Off Land and others, and it’s still up for download here.
There’s a second volume on the way! It should feature Akkya, Off Land and Ross Baker to name a few. Once it’s available, I’ll post a link for your downloading pleasure. It promises to be awesome.
For those interested, I just posted an older track I recorded sometime in 2006. It features wolf howls, choir samples, and lots and lots of wind chimes. Take a listen to it if you want.
